Our story
How STANDARDS began
STANDARDS began in a church fellowship hall in Dallas, with a handful of volunteers tutoring kids whose parents were in county jail.
Word spread fast. Families asked for groceries, for counseling, for help getting a parent through treatment. We said yes, and then built programs around each yes.
Today we serve families across DFW and Houston with mentoring, basic needs, mental health support, and reentry advocacy.
